Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Veraivia, including the public website, request flows, and any guided early-access implementation of the platform.

Last updated: May 5, 2026

Use of the service

You may use Veraivia only in compliance with applicable law and only for legitimate business purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for the actions taken using your accounts and connected systems.

Veraivia may limit, suspend, or terminate access if use of the service creates operational, legal, or security risk.

Early-access availability

Veraivia is currently offered through guided early-access implementations. Features, workflows, user interfaces, and integrations may change as the product evolves.

We may modify or discontinue parts of the service at any time, particularly during pilot and pre-general-availability phases.

Customer data and integrations

If you connect third-party services such as messaging, commerce, CRM, or accounting platforms, you represent that you have authority to do so and that your use complies with those providers' terms.

You remain responsible for your customer communications, approvals, pricing decisions, quote issuance, and compliance obligations, even when supported by Veraivia workflows.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Veraivia is provided on an as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific business outcomes, or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veraivia and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
